We respect your privacy, therefore, all items will be shipped with a return address: (unless shipped directly from the manufacturer). The price of the wig does not include shipping. We can ship in an expedited manner, but since the goods will be shipped via USPS, we do not guarantee expedited service. The reason is that USPS does not guarantee their expedited service, so unfortunately, we cannot guarantee expedited delivery to the post office box or any order delivered by the post office. All shipments are sent via USPS, Fed Ex or UPS. We reserve the right to use the carrier of our choice when shipping orders. All items shipped directly from the manufacturer will be shipped at their own discretion. Cassielwigs does not have any control over the delivery service used by the manufacturer. All post office boxes are shipped via USPS. Shipping costs are estimated and may be adjusted based on weight and size. If you use the volumetric weight to calculate the customer’s total shipping cost, you will receive a shipping change notification before the product is shipped. 

Standard Shipping: Allow approximately 7-12 business days $7.99 (due to COVID shipping times could be longer than expected)
Expedited shipping: Allow approximately 5-9 business days $10.99 (due to COVID shipping times could be longer than expected)

*During Holiday seasons (ie. Christmas & Halloween) please allow for 1-2 business days of additional order processing time. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
